CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A 15% surcharge applies to all appointments booked on Public Holidays.
